The music will be dynamic and the chef’s rotate every 6-7 weeks.

Born and raised in Spokane and now a proud senior at Gonzaga University. Aspen has been in love with music since she was a little girl singing front row in the choir. Aspen is a singer-songwriter who likes to listen to a little too much Taylor Swift, so you’ll definitely get to hear some favorites from her.

RCA & THE RADICALS are a brand new up and coming 5 piece pop/funk band from the PNW.  

From Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, and Chris Stapleton, to The Black Eyed Peas, Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Lenny Kravitz, even tunes from the likes of the Black Keys and Nirvana. The original songs they play are mostly written by RCA who is a local artist who has been really lighting up the music scene with his songs of inspiration, hope, and love. RCA put out an album in 2023 called Regular People with songs that are meant to lift others up and speak to their souls. The diverse band is very fun to watch with energetic songs, crazy vocals, and just overall good vibes! It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

Jacob Maxwell is a singer-songwriter born and raised in the Northwest. You may have seen him on stage as the lead singer of the lcoal indie rock band Brittany’s House or the other half of the indie-folk duo The Platonics. Jacob is expanding his solo reach and ZOLA is lucky to have him!
