Agápē is a local North Idaho Roots, Rock, Reggae Jam band! They play a mix of vintage Roots Reggae style with a modern touch in a Jam Fashion. They aim to uplift and connect souls through positive messages and warm melodies. Get ready to dance and smile!

The music will be dynamic and the chef’s rotate every 6-7 weeks.

After spending years performing professionally in California, he is returning home, to continue honing his craft, and spreading positivity through music.

Anything can happen and often does musically when ZOLA turns over the stage to some of its most talented contributors. Far from an open jam, the ZOLA All-Stars will be taking the stage every Tuesday with any number and combination of friends to recover from the Monday blues and kick the week into gear. ZOLA may not be the only place for live music on any given Tuesday but sure are the only ones where you can get your fix every Tuesday in Spokane.

The Virginia Rails
The Virginia Rails is a country, Americana and soul band based in Spokane, Washington. Influenced by the deep traditions of country music, they showcase rich vocal harmonies, energetic electric guitar and upbeat banjo picking to create a nostalgic yet warm experience like no other. Their music pairs well with friends, summer nights, and locally crafted brews.
Marley Hale
Born in Texas and raised in Northern California, Marley Hale’s musical influences followed: Texas’s deep, country and western swing roots met San Francisco’s folk and rock legends. The result: classic country tropes, turned on their heads through a switching of roles or a repossessed identity; delicate, revelatory explorations of what it means to be a friend, lover, or neither; and second person addresses to herself that offer both an onlooker’s and her own perspective. After California, Hale spent time in Austin, TX and Portland, OR before relocating to Brooklyn, NY, where she recorded her debut EP, By My Own Ways, released July 2024, and began touring the US and Canada. After spending the better part of three years on the road, she moved back home to Austin, where she now resides.
Talking Strings and GU Friends
Talking Strings is a 3 piece band based in Spokane, originally formed at Gonzaga University. Beyond their roots in country and folk, the trio plays original music and covers from every era with a focus on acoustic instruments, harmony and honest lyrics. You can check out their self-titled EP on all platforms and hear their latest as they bring out some friends to jam with them at ZOLA.

Frances Ancheta is a Filipina American singer/songwriter/musician from the San Francisco Bay Area. Her style has been described as thoughtful and eclectic indie folk/pop/rock and "tropical new wave folk". She is a special needs mom, mental health advocate, creative arts and recreation therapist and a big believer in the arts for healing and inclusion for all. Her music has been featured on radio and podcasts in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Spain. Timeworm is a Spokane-based collision of indie rock, funk, pop, and psychedelia that turns every stage into a cosmic dance floor. Driven by J. I. Gassen’s sweet falsetto and tight grooves, the band layers scorching guitar work and funky low-end into irresistibly catchy jams. Since their sold-out debut in 2024, Timeworm has been spreading their infectious sound across the Inland Northwest. From the heart of the woods to the stages of Spokane, Deb is a musical time traveler, journeying from the 1920s to today. With a soul fueled by outlaw country legends like Johnny Cash, she blends nostalgia with original flair. By day, she's navigating the corporate jungle, but by night, she's strumming melodies that echo through the ages.
Austin Carruthers
Spokane-raised musician, Austin Carruthers, is debuting his trio live at Zola. Playing hits and favorites from the 90s to today. This is his first time headlining the stage at Zola after sitting in with various groups over the past year.
Austin has been seen performing around Spokane at various locations, including opening for Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Steve Miller Band in the outdoor venue at Northern Quest.

Danika Rozhanica
Her songs are a salve for the spirit, & her voice is honest, filled with an earnestness that can quiet any crowded bar. Her art & her life are entirely devoted to creating an even more beautiful, heartfelt world, where we can live in harmony.
Singing on county fair stages since the age of three, her voice shines with the light of the muses, sharing the pure balladry of Ireland's Paul Brady, the modern mystic rhythms of Sierra Ferrell, the open hearted lyricism of Ms. Lauryn Hill, & the deep reverent melodies of Rising Appalachia.
Her debut album, Bare My Heart, was cowritten, produced & recorded with Ben Potter of Katula Creek Records in Nashville at Denny Martin Music's recording studio. The album was released to a full house at the historic McFiler's Chehalis Theater, & will be featured on her upcoming tours. She's a regular at McFiler's, Chehalis Theater, The Juice Box, Rhythms Coffeehouse, The Quincy, Endless Sound Cellars and more.

Tristan Hart Pierce is a guitarist and singer-songwriter based out of the Pacific Northwest. A staple of his local music scene for years now, he’s spent time playing, writing, and recording with fellow locals, while also putting many hours on the road touring internationally as a lead guitarist. His music emphasizes honest lyrics, simple production, and a healthy dose of fuzzy guitar.

Jonathan Halbrook Combo
Inspired by Jazz groups of the 60's-80's such as the first and second Miles Davis Quintet, Pat Metheny Group, and the Gary Burton Quintet. The Jonathan Halbrook Combo aims to bring a new perspective into the conventional jazz sound, while still being deeply rooted in the traditional style. Featuring an array of original music and Jazz standards, the Jonathan Halbrook Combo is excited to bring you a night of fun and engaging music!
Jason Perry Band
The Jason Perry Band is a party. They mix all the dancin’ vibes together with a heaping helping of uncut funk. Howling saxophone and tasty guitar lines ride atop greasy grooves. Perry’s vocals are a soulful revelation. Expect to hear funkified renditions of familiar tunes and a sweet handful of the group’s favorite lesser known gems.

Ron Criscione, the talented guitarist and vocalist, has been a key figure in the Spokane music scene since 1978. Primarily performing as a solo artist, Ron has dedicated much of his career to crafting a sound that appeals to discerning listeners. In addition to covering songs from over 100 different artists, he also showcases his own original compositions.
